How many dates into the relationship did it happen?
Did (first time) oral come before (first time) intercourse or after?

I went down on her first.

We had known each other for a long time, never really hooked up, we just hung out with mutual friends a lot.
Our first date, she got so drunk, I took her back to my apartment, let her vomit up everything, undressed her and put her in the shower with only cold water until she was alert enough to complain about it. Then I turned the water temp up and climbed in the shower with her.
Took her to bed, wrapped her up in a comforter and let her sleep it off.
The next morning, she was surprised I hadn't fucked her or at least tried to and I told her I wasn't interested in sex with an unresponsive partner.
The next night, she showed up at my door in nothing but a raincoat.
I opened the door, she opened the coat.
I dragged her into the the bedroom, pushed her back onto the bed and put my head between her legs.

We had "regular" intercourse for the first time, about 20 minutes later.

When I was in my mid 20's I was dating this woman and after I went down on her the first time, she said no one had ever done that to her before.
I asked if she would object if I did it again and her response was to push my head back down to her lap again.

I think if she had gone down on me first, I would have been too intimidated to continue a serious relationship! In those days a girl was being “forward” if she just ask you out first.

Yup. Back then (and still, today) every guy wanted his dick sucked, they just didn't want to be with a girl who would do it.
Same thing with sex. Their whole world revolved around trying to get some girl to "put out" but they wanted a virgin on their wedding day.
